I just finished the Wrox Book...Beginning Visual C++ 6.0

Without doing .NET yet, what are the books c++ programmers would recommend to do the following things, and while I am loyal to Wrox, i know there may be other competent books on the subjects...

Topics i want covered:
DLL's
Database programming
Interfacing to IIS (i.e. COM objects instantiated by IIS/ASP wed dev)
Threading, thorough discussion of

Err.. at the back cover of Wrox book, there is a clear "pathway" where you are recommended to go after you finished one book, right? I wouldn't recommend you any other publishers' book as this is Wrox forum, ;)
