Default Displaying tables in Visual C++

Hi

I'm fairly new to C++ and Visual C++. I need to know how to display the data in a two-dimensional array in a table on the screen for the user to see. I haven't created a database.

If anyone can help me it will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
