Default WinINet - Choosing encryption algorithm

Hi,
I am trying to figure out a way to force WinINet to use a specific encryption algorithm (3DES) and hashing algorithm (SHA1) when connecting to a remote HTTPS server.
I have seen option flags for 'STRONG' (128bit) encryption, but nothing that lets me choose more specifically.
If the remote server is unable to comply I must then disconnect.
Can anyone help?
Thanks!
