HELP

Hello.I am new in the site and i desperately need your help.While i was doing the setup of microsoft visual studio 6.0 i had the following message."Setup was unable to create a dcouser account in order to register "C:|Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Common|Tools|VS-GNT98\Vanalyzr\valec.exe."What should i do?Please help me.
