Urgent help - Customized Windows login Screen

Hi all,

Can anybody guide me or tell me the way to customized Windows-XP 2000 Login Screen.

Actually I want to change the Look and Feel specially the windows logo with xyz logo onto the windows login screen.

Is MS-Gina.DLL the file for this customization? and how to edit it?
