Default GUI Source Code

Hi!
I want to implement a GUI in visual C++. I am just beginner in this regard.
Can someone share a simple project or assignment with source code related with GUI(gui of anything), implemented in visual c++ just for help.
Or please give me some link where can I download source code for gui my practice.
