Default How to create Oracle Connection in VB.NET 2005?

hi everybody
i am having problem in one thing that is creating an oracle OLEDB connection in VB.NET 2005 but there is one thing that i have been thinking that is should i write the whole coding in the VB.NET that is the connection codes the data adapter and everything else or there is some other software attachment that i should download because in VB.net 2005 i am getting no attachment regarding the OLEDB Connection or oracle connection
