In the past, I have used WebChart a number of times. It's free, implemented as a single DLL and has quite a lot of options. It doesn't render brilliant graphics, but it might do the trick for you:

In addition, you can take a look at Dundas Chart for .NET. It's not cheap, but it renders brilliant looking graphics:
