I am trying to do a Visual Studio Word project to do a smarttag but i get following error, when I use "using Micorosoft.Office.Tools.Word"

Error: The type or namespace name 'Tools' does not exist in the namespace 'Microsoft.Office' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

I am running Visual Studio 2005 but I can not see any office projekt or Word tempate.

I have been searching, I have found information about Visual Studio Tools for office and examples but nothing about if it is some pakages that i must download and why my Visual Studio does not has them.

You need Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office (VSTO 2005):
http://msdn.microsoft.com/office/understanding/vsto/

This version will work with Office 2003.

We'll have a book about this tool published at the end of this month, it should be available at most retailers in May:
Professional VSTO 2005
