trigger button with .wav file and flash on

Hi, All,

Does anyone know following question:

1) how to trigger Button with .wav file on and also button flash with red color if getting status issue (for example, if x>10, when user hit the Button, the .wav sound off and the button solid red. Then if status clear (for example x <= 10), the button chang eto Blue color.

2) where to find sample code?
