i am a begginer at programming.i would like any help whatsoever with a topic for a software application to use as my project.i am a student in ghana.please help me if you can.

Find a famous university,and study programming with its a course althought you don't in that university.
This is the most legitimism ways.
Or you can find a people who is a coder.
