New text search doesn't preselect search string
I've noticed in Visual Studio 2005 when you start a new search, (hit CTRL-F) the search toolbox appears and the cursor is placed in the search string textbox. However, the entire search string is not preselected, but rather the text carat is at the beginning of the textbox. In previous versions of VS, the entire search string is preselected and thus automatically deleted as you start typing the new search string.
I have looked for a setting to change this behavior but can not find any.
Has anyone else noticed this and have any idea how to fix it?
