Default Safari & Just-In-Time Debugger Issue

Hi Gang!

Just installed .Net (MS Visual Studio) on a machine (Win2k) that had a very happy Safari browser (Public 3 Beta for Windows) working. Since the MS Visual Studio 2005 install, when I try to bring up Safari, I am getting this following error produced by the Just-In-Time Visual Studio Debugger. I want to mention that I DO have that Debugger disabled but I am still getting this following error after which Safari disappears:

Any clue what I might be doing wrong?

Thanks!
