Dynamically authentication

Hi All,

Here i am trying to find a way by which a admin can authenticate the user dynamically.

Like Super Administrator can authenticate the sitemap to for different administrator so the administrator can see the authenticated pages.

Do you have any idea.
Please Help Me.
