Default not able to en design page

its actually a isue with IDE visual studio
when i open the application in VS 2005 and click the design tab i am not able to get the design sheet immediately
it takes nearly 1 hr to load the page
in the status bar its showing creating controls one by one all the time & on right there is VS icon showing some processing
during this pahse neither i am able to build or execute or do anything with the VS as there is no effect or any click or key press
till yest it was working fine , it started suddenly
