HTTP error 500: Internal Server Error in Load Testing

Hi all,
I generated a web test application in vsts 2008 and it is working fine. But when i used it for the Loadtesting it is generating the http error 500 internal server error.I dont know what to do. iam really suffered with this issue.Pls help me. Any help will be appreciated.
