How i can use layer controrl of ASP.NET 2.0

Friends.............
I want to use layer control in layout menu..
I want to open layer on clik of a button from aspx form1 ..then i ll enter data in textbox...on click of submit button of layer..
i want to display data entered in textbox of layer...on to main aspx form as a lable...
