What type of "Email Verification" service are you looking for?

Hmm..
The scenario is like this.
I am the business and i am dealing with my supplier.
Hence my supplier allows me to register an account at their side to access on some private issues between them and us. So, email verification allows the supplier to verify the status of the email address that were given by the business, which is me.
yeah..

Ok. By 'status' I assume you mean they are checking to make sure that a given email address actually exists at a given domain. If that is the case, this code should do what you want:

http://www.codeproject.com/KB/valida...Addresses.aspx

(As far as a webservice goes, I do not know of any. You may want to search google with something like SMTP Email Validation Webservice or something similar)

hth
