Default Toolbar

Hi,

i try to incorporate two controls in a form - Toolbar and ContainerBar(not shure for this name).
The toolbar i add is from the VS toolbox and i can't configure it to be dockable. All i create is a static toolbar, that can't be moved, nor docked around during runtime. Is there a dockable toolbar coming with the VS.NET or i have to find a third party daveloper's?
And i also want to add a control like the one used for 'Properties', 'Solution Explorer' and other such tools in the VS itself, but i don't see such a control in the toolbox.

Please give me your comments on these two issues.
Thanks beforehand.
Alex

Hi Alex

I'm not sure about a dockable tool bar in the standard VS controls, I use Infragistics .Net Advantage which has a dockable control that makes a lot of controls dockable not just a toolbar.

As regards to the properties type control, there is one in the standard VS. toolbox, though you have to added it, its called a property grid, why it's not selected by default I've know idea, I only found this myself the other day.

Hi,

thnks for answering. The property grid control is fine. What i am trying to do now is to make it dockable during runtime (and the toolbar also) as the one in the VS.
