Default Looping through form elements

I've got a simple form with a list of form elements, how using code behind (VB), can I get the values from these elements.

You can use Page.FindControl("form ID") to get a form control. These forms must declare runat="server" to access them in this way, which I believe you can only have one form declare this. Otherwise, you have to use javascript to handle whatever you need to do with these.
