Default Uploading with VS.NET

Is there any way to upload a site using VS.NET?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Create a setup project, which then use the MSI file to install your site on the server. You can't upload directly that I'm aware of.

What should I use to upload the site to the hosting server. A rep at my hosting company told me I needed to get a $400 FTP program. Is there another way?

I use either a free ftp program, the command line ftp in windows, or the ftp capability of I.E. FTP is FTP, you shouldn't need a $400 program to FTP unless your host is really picky about how you upload files. If that's the case, find a better host.

My understanding is that VS.NET does have some deployment capability, but I have yet been able to figure out how to set it up.
