Default how really the ASP.NET starter kit benefitial ?

well, saw a sample on ASP.NET starter kit.

well, how should this thing going to inpsired us as the developer to gain some hint from it?

so, where should i started on? as i am now use the source/engine/framework as my starting point.

i would like to know the whole architecture on it...anyone can decalre about the community starter kit??
