Default Dll Problem

Hi,

I am having a problem worling with .dll files. I have Built a .dll file in VB.NET now is it necessary for me to register the file. If yes then how I tried it with Regsvr32 it gives me error something like entrypoint not found.

Also I read in a book registeration happens all by itself when its Built for getting a .dll, in either case how will come to know its GUID.

I tried to use OLE view but in vain

Please assist me I am in a hurry.

Regards.

Hi!
If you have created a dll in VB.NET, then it does not need registration. If you want your dll to be shared then install it in GAC.
