Default SQL Server Reporting Services

I am a newbie and want to learn more about this technique. Has anyone of you ever used this technology? How does it differ from Crystal Reports 9 (available in VS.NET) interms of performance? I am hoping to read posts that could help us all in knowing deeper.

:D

tnx,
ian
