Default Unable to build folder named

When building a web set up project for a single vb.net project i get an error in the build saying that it cant create several folders. These folders are all name the same as other folders which exist at other levels in the structure. It appears that if you have 2 folders e.g images and section1\images then it doesnt like it.

Is there anyway round this without renaming folders and breaking links?

Thanks in advance

In the same level it wont allow two folders with same names .
But in other levels it will allow.
I added folders and wrking fine.

When you say the same level, i have found that if i have
folder 1/images
folder 2/images

then it just doesnt work

Clearly you cant have 2 folders called images at the same level within the same folder
