Default How to get info on Website form Win Application?!

Hi all friends and developers…

I am trying to develop a Windows Application in C# that will opens new instance of Internet Explorer when the user choose start Recording from the Action menu. That’s done so far using:

private void openNewIE()
{
    try
    {
        myProcess = Process.Start("IExplore.exe", "about:blank");
        // Display physical memory usage 5 times at intervals of 2 seconds.
    }
catch(Exception ex)
    {
        Console.WriteLine("The following exception was raised: ");
        Console.WriteLine(ex.Message);
    }
}
private void miStartRecording_Click(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{
// check to see if the IE is already opened
    // if closed just open it
    if (myProcess.HasExited)
    {
        openNewIE();
    }
    // if opened just close it and open it again with a fresh page
    else
    {
        // Close process by sending a close message to its main window.
        myProcess.CloseMainWindow();
        // Free resources associated with process.
        myProcess.Close();
        openNewIE();
    }
}

Then when the user type in the URL address in the address bar of that instance of IE or navigating to new sub links of the main page... then the Windows Application can start monitor and record information about the web page being visited...

For example the Windows application can record:

URL of the page
Title of the page
Method used GET of POST
Cookies is there any
Names and Values of the Web Forms Control submitted to the server if possible.
Etc…

Have any one idea about what class can do the job, what methods…
If you have any idea or general advice to start me up with “no matter how much small" please advice and I will be very much thankful
Greetings
Aws
