Default Newbie Question

Hello, im a newbie to visual basic, i have been using C++ for a couple of years but am currently trying to broaden my language skills. i have developed several applications in vb.net but i cannot figure out how to create installation files, i have made my files into .exe's but i am wondering how i can create installation files so that i dont have to mess with all of these misc files to put it on another computer.
