Failed to register. HRESULT =2147024770.

Hi All
I Have developed An application using VB.NET. and a thrid aprty control called Image Gear.
When I Install my application in a PC. I am encountering the following error.

"Module C:\Program Files\CSE\CASetUp1\igguidlg13a.dll Failed to register. HRESULT =2147024770.

Contact your support personnel"

But When I intall it in a PC where .NET 2003 is installed and Not Image gear. it Works fine. So I

understood some support component of .net is Not there in the PC. How do i find out which componet..

How to resolve this problem.

this error occur when ie 6 is not installed properly on a pc.

I was having the same problem with a VB6 project.

sometimes it can be fixed by repairing ie through the
"Add/Rempve Programs" window in the control panel.
In my case that was corrupted also.

Also you can re-install ie6:
