I am having problem creating new project using VS.Net 2003

Whenever I am trying to create new project (any type) it shows error
message

"Error writing the project file. Error loading type library/DLL".

Pls i dont need reinstall vs .net 2003

I want other solution

I very much suspect that uninstalling and reinstalling Visual Studio s the easiest way to fix this problem.
