Default motherboard cd's

are the new desktop computers coming with a motherboard cd or dvd

First off, what does this question have to do with Visual Studio or .NET?

Perhaps you should try a hardware forum.

You've asked a very vague questions. There are loads of desktop computer manufacturers and it's very likely that some of them come with CDs for the motherboard. However, if they don't it's pretty likely that you can download all the stuff you might need for them off the internet.
