What do you mean by "Using the references and components"?

Are you trying to add a reference to other components from within your VB.NET application? If that's the case, you can choose Project | Add Reference... On the dialog that appears you can choose to add a reference to .NET components, COM components, or you can add a reference to another project in the same solution.

If this is not what you mean, please elaborate a bit about what you're trying to do.

Cheers,

Imar
