One for the gurus - grid row color changing

On a simple VB.NEt Windows app I am using a simple datagrid
(which is in turn bound to a dataset).

On certain criteria I need to make certain rows a different
color to the rest of the rows in the grid.

Any code examples or suggestions greatly appreciated.
