My domain hosted on windows server 2008 and I will need to export the .CSV file,

How to export .CSV file for specific domain ? for eg. www.abc.com i want to export the csv file. Please advice me regarding this.

Create CSV Files:-

1)Using a feild with single comma.
2)Put the quotation mark around all field these elements loke:- comma, quote and carriage return.
3)Put the feilds with quotes in text must be changed to double quotes.
4)know each record with single link break..
