how to update row in dataset using commandbuiledr class

Hi to all friends out there. I am unable to update row in dataset using command builder class. I am successfully inserting and deleting row from dataset and at backend also.

Please can someone can tell how that can be possible using getupdatecomand of command builder class.In just simple way.
