Question Wants windows forms controls to persist state after exiting application, 4 nxt login

Hi,
I'm building a win forms application which is like a survey/questionnaire. I want its users to be able to save any any stage and quit the app, so they can continue completing the survey, next time they start the application. I would like to controls (checkboxes, textboxes, radio buttonsO to persist there states and maintain their values. How can i go about this? Any help much appreciated!
