I am farily new the world of VBA, I bookmarks are used in a word temoplate but I think they are clumsy, I was wondering if there is any other way to accomplish the same functionality as the Bookmarks?

I dont find bookmarks clumsy - I find them to be a powerful tool, you can insert data in any point of a document, I recently used them to import data from a database into a invoice template that was used to bill a client thousands of dollars, when people saw this automated process they wer amazed something once done by hand typing out a invoice form) was now automated

You could use (i've seen it done)
