don't say the code in http://support.apress.com/books.asp?bID=1861004583&s=0. the source code in this page have some errors. i can not open the ZIP file.

As I am sure you are aware, the owner of a book needs to provide support for that book.

Since Wiley (and WROX) no longer owns this book, they are unable to provide support for it.

You need to contact the people at APRESS about the problem your having. You might want to try their message boards.

I am sorry that we are unable to provide you with any more information on the subject.
