I can see how this particular book could cause confusion for anyone not in the publishing business. It turns out that this particular ISBN (81-7366-351-3) is for an English language reprint published by Shroff Publishers & Distributors PVT.LTD in India for the Indian market only. In this case, Snib is correct (as usual) that the right answer is to look to the Apress site as this is a reprint of one of their books.
Seeing this, I now understand a little better why some of the readers from India are having trouble tracking down their code.
