Default BEGINNING PHP4 BOOK

Hey, i invested in this book a while ago, and today i got really bored so i cracked it open again. And im trying to install php on my new computer. Its XP Pro, thats not a big problem. I installed IIS no problem. Most things are the same from 2000 to XP.
The main problem is that http://php4win.de is in 'hibernation' whatever that means. Either way, i cant download the PHP installation at the site. Im looking for a new site, or way to get this zip file.
Thanks
Toby

If you post in Beginning PHP4 I am sure someone can tell you where to get the PHP install.
