Default old title's source code
Hi,
i recently bought a book formerly published by wrox "visual c++ windows shell programming" by dino esposito...the version i purchased however was digital (i.e. pdf)...so i didn't get the cd with source incl...is there any way to get a hold of this???

i also have the same problem....if u find the solution of it then plz tell me......means either u find the code or abt creating Custom Wizard
