Default indexes could be richer

I bought 4 books from Wrox, on Vs2008, VB and C#.
They are very heavy, and contain a lot of info. They all have a great content list at the front.
However, the Index at the back is rather poor (all 4 of the books).
1700+ pages could have an index of more than 50 pages.
