What may not be in there (clear enough) is that Wrox went under a while ago. Some of the books and the brand name Wrox have been bought by Wiley. Other books went to Apress.

Can't find it on the APress site?? Where did you look?

Go their Web site, click the Download link in the middle of the site and then choose the book from the drop-down list at the bottom of the page.
