Default Microsoft SQL Server 2012 BIBLE THE COMPREHENSIVE, TUTORIAL RESOURCE

I just picked up this book off of Amazon.com.

The book referred to these forums so I was surprised to find that there had not been a thread started to discuss the material in the book.

What needs to happen to start a thread on this book?

Well that's not a Wrox publication so I doubt you'd find a forum on it here. Wrox is owned by Wiley but I believe only actual Wrox books have forums on this site.

Default Thread for SQL Server 2012 Bible

On page xxxii of the Introduction of the Wiley book "Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Bible, The Comprehensive, Tutorial Resource", the reader is encouraged to post questions or observations to the forums at www.wrox.com. A statement that these forums are "monitored by the author team" is also included. This is why jadgpanzer posted what they did on 9/26/2012. I felt compelled to point that out after reading the response given by joefawcett on 9/27/2012.
