Default What's the difference (Horton)

I'm looking at Visual C++ 2010 on Amazon's Look Inside. I'm not sure what's happening, but is Visual C++ 2010 the same MS product as Visual Studio C++ 2010. Are they the same? If I add Express, is it the same?

When I look at the beginning pages on IDE, the IDE example does not match my Visual Studio C++ 2010
