Chapter 20 "LBS" exercise not populating content in fields

I went through the first exercise in Chapter 20 of "Beginning iOS 4 Development" called "Maps" and everything was fine under Xcode 4.2. Noting that there are some things that change of course.

However, when I went through the LBS exercise using the core location framework the data in the fields for longitude, latitude, and accuracy did NOT populate then the app was ran.

Anyone know why? Or getting the same issue with 4.2?
