Lightbulb New programmer, dumb question

I have downloaded and installed xcode. I want to write an iphone app. In "New projects" im given choices on the type of app i want to write. Im not sure as to the type of app, i know what i want to do but dont know what catigory it fits in. Will any of the catigories listed give me an "all inclusive" app that i can then clean later to save space?

Thanks.

I told you im new, without a clue. Could someone help please?
