Parser Problem

I'm on page 93 of beginning xml 2nd ver. Trying to send my first bit of code to the parser. I'm using IE6 and and I downloaded the parser from MS. I can't find the parser. I even searched my computer for it.

If I can get over this little hurdle I'll be fine.

I appreciate the help.
