Default Install and register msxml ?

My program uses the msxml v3.0 library and the program is set to leave for the client; it is a bit over-date even. I need to package the msxml v3.0 dll in my installer as some computers with legacy systems will not have a compatible library.

This is something I have not done before. Can someone give some advice on how to do that? Where should I install it and how do you register an installed dll on a computer?

Any advice is appreciated as this needs to go out of the door as [u]soon</u> as possible.

Thanks!

ps. My apologies if I should have continued on with the same thread as earlier but I figured this is a slightly different subject so...

Get the merge file from Microsoft. When you create your install package you can add this as a dependency.
