WScript is standard on all modern Windows PC's, what operating system etc. are you running? It could also be that you are running some sort of script disabling security/virus checker.
Yes, I did try both, and they are both giving me the same message! That is really strange. I hate getting to this point just to have stupid crap pop up and bite me!
IIS should have nothing to do with it. It was a stand alone script to be run from Windows Explorer. Sorry, without looking at your machine I can't think of anything else.
