Default Attributes Use determined by value?

Hi,

I have an element:
<Para change="1" Description="">

Both attributes use="optional".

Is it possble to define my schema to set a rule if change="1" then Description use="required"??

Thanks,
Bones

No, XML Schema cannot define conditional constraints of this kind. It's a common complaint.
